paintings from the vaults 2

Circa 1998
From time to time Ill be putting up works from the past as well as new works. Hopefully itll give you an idea of my background in the arts before tattooing made its way into my world. These pieces where lots of fun at the time and inspire me to this day to go back and do more. Production on pieces like these could last for a few months.
Going back I remember one stage there when I challenged myself and completed a large scale piece in a week total. That was working non stop morning till late night and too many cigarettes to mention.
Mediums - Inks brush, pens pencil, airbrush, pastels, chalks.
Monotone in color on 280 gram paper.

new girl

Still some tightening up to do in a tiny session on this one. Itll be mirrored on the other leg featuring the same design but in a dead girl feel. Having alot of fun doing ornamental calf pieces at the moment. Quite enjoying doing single sessions opposed to multiple sitting tattoos.
